2 AND 3 (TAC NOS. M98329 AND M98330)

Dear Mr._ Hunger:

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendments Nos. 219 and 222 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-44 and DPR-56 for the Peach Bottom Atoiic Power Station,-Unit Nos. 2 and 3.

These amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your March 31, 1997, application-as supplemented by your June-25,_1997, letter.

These amendments extend the APRM flow bias instrumentation surveilla.ce interval from 18 months to 24 months.
