Gentlemen:
As a result of phone conversations with the NRC staff (Tim Polich) on April 30, 1998. TU Electric agreed to submit a "for information only" copy of STA 750, " Check Valve Reliability Program," Revision 3 (Enclosure).
This procedure discusses the scope of the Check Valve Reliability Program at CPSES which was also discussed in Enclosure 1 to Reference 1.
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPSES Units 1 and 2.
The Enclosure is provided "for information only" and procedure
.STA 750 may be revised in accordance with CPSES procedures. Any future changes to this procedure would be available for review at CPSES.
