Proprietary Rev 5 to WCAP-10991 & non-proprietary Rev 5 to WCAP-10992,encl.Proprietary Rept Withheld,Per [[CFR" contains a listed "[" character as part of the property label and has therefore been classified as invalid..790|letter dated October 15,1997]], as supplemented by letter dated December 17,1997, you applied for an amendment to the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3, Operating License No. NPF-49. The proposed amendment to Technical Specification 3/4.4.3, " Pressurizer,"
l would have replaced the pressurizer maximum water inventory requirement with a pressurizer maximum indicated level requirement. The proposed amendment would have also included editorial changes and modifications to the associated Bases section.
