Specification 6.9.1.9, a copy of Revision 14 to the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for McGuire Unit 1 Cycle 12.

This revision includes changes to Figure 5, the K(BU) curve sud monitor factors in Table 1 of Appendix A.

These change. were required to compensate for an error discovered in the LOCA analysis.

A description of the error and the eJfects are described in a 10CFR50.46 notification to the NRC from Duke Energy-(July 25, 1997).
