REQUEST FOR COMMENT AND CONCURRENCE ON A FINAL RULE ENTITLED " REQUIREMENTS FOR THOSE WHO POSSESS CERTAIN INDUSTRIAL DEVICES CONTAINING BYPRODUCT MATERIAL TO PROVIDE REQUESTED INFORMATION," 10 CFR 31.5 in response to your subject request, the Records Management Branch (RMB) provides the following:
