letter transmits the 1997 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report (ARE0R) for San Onofre Unit 1 and Units 2 and 3.
The ARE0R covers the operation of San Onofre Units 1, 2, and 3 during the calendar year 1997 and includes summaries, interpretations, and analysis of trends of the results of the' Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program.
