Thank you for your response of September 25. 1997, to our Notice of Violation
- issued on August 28. 1997, concerning activities conducted at your Farley
facility. We have evaiuated your response and found that the response for
Violation 97-08-03. Lack-of Measuring and Test Equipment Calibration
Procedures, meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the
implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
