PROPOSED RULE AMENDING 10 CFR 9, SUBPART A - FREEDOM OF )
INFORMATION ACT REGULATIONS The information and Records Management Branch (IRMB) concurs in the subject proposed rule with with one change. Please add the following "Public Protection Notification" below the " Paperwork Reduction Act Statement" on page 12:
"The NRC may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control."
