Applicant's interest in the above-referenced license to a holding company to be formed over Applicant.
Applicant hereby supplements said Application as follows:
In the second paragraph of Part ll of said Application reference is made to l
certain statutory appraisal rights of Applicant's common stock shareholders. As a result of changes in the New YcA Business Corporation Law effective February 1998, Applicant's common stock shareholders will have no statutory appraisal rights as a result of the " Reorganization" described in said Application.
Therefore, the first sentence of said second paragraph is revised to read as follows:
" Pursuant to the Reorganization, outstanding shares of Applicant's common stock will be exchanged on a share-for-share basis for common stock of Holdco."
