We have, received your application to amend Certificate of Compliance GDP-2 transmitted by I
letter dated February 27,1998, by adding X-700, X-720, X-760 and XT-847 facilities to the existing X 710 facility CAAS Technical Safety Requirement 2.8.3.1 ira response to Nuclear Regulatory Commission inspector Followup Item 70-7002/97-206-108. Your request has been assigned TAC No. L32059. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this request.
We have completed the initial administrative review of your application for amendment of your certificate. No omissions or deficiencies were identified, therefore, we have found it acceptable for formal review. Please note that the formal review may identify omissions in the submittal information or issues that require additional information.

anticipate completing our review by April 24,1998. This date could change depending on the findings of our formal review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
