How is your retirement class going?
I have had a call from a reporter to NRDC's request for Commission review of staff denial of NRDC's petition on Envirocare. Has Commission declined review, or maybe they just took no action, so staff's decision stands?
'If so, has a letter gone out to the petitioner? (Something I have says the procedure is that NRC writes to the petitioner afterwards indicating whether the Commission has reviewed the decision and sends copies to the licensee and PDR.)
I need to get back to the reporter today and tell him what, if anything, has happened, and if a letter on 11 has gone to the petitioner, i need a copy.
