Coblentz of this office on May 13 through May 17 and June 2 through June 6

1991, of activities authorized by NRC License Nos. DPR-13, NPF-10 and NPF-15

and to the discussion of findings hcid by the inspectors with Mr. L. Cash and
other members of the Southern California Edison staff at the conclusion of the

inspection.
Arecs examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these areas,-the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and. representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations or deviations of NRC requirements were identified within the
-scope of this inspection.
Based on observations of maintenance activities, we
have concluded that additional management attentioa is required to ensure that
maintenance procedures are correct and n.Jintenance data 1:, properly reviewed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy cf this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
