MOTION TO WITIIDRAW AND TERMINATE PROCEEDING Applicant, Louisiana Energy Services, L.P., moves pursuant to 10 C.F.R. {2.107 to withdraw it, application and requests that the Commission terminate this proceeding. The Notice of Hearing in this matter was issued on May 21,1991 (56 Fed. Reg. 23310), yet several of the 1; sues remain open and final resolution of them remains months if not years away. The Applicant has pursued licensing of this uranium enrichment facility for seven years, and the end is not yet in sight. In these circumstances, the LES Partners have concluded it is not prudent to continue to pursue the application. Applicant has filed a similar motion with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board.
