• NRC-10-87-438 Modification No. 7 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to (1) Provide funds for FY 1991, (2) extend period of performance and (3) t evise the Statement of Work.

Accordingly, the following changes ar9 hereby made:

1. Notice of Cooperative Agreement, Item No. 15, Eu_ndi_n.g_ Source, is revised as follows:

THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT-MODIFICATION $ 5,099.72 N

PREVIOUSLY OBLIGATED $16,298.00 COOPERATOR SHARE:

THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT MODIFICATION $ PRIOR COOPERATIVE AGRfiEMENT $ TOTAL FUNDING $21,397.72"

2. Block No.16, A "JNT OBLIGATED BY THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT ACTION, the figure "?l6, .;8.00" i s revised to read "$5,099.72

3. Item No. 2.. Period of Petrformance1 subparagraph a., is revised to read as follows:

"a. The period of perftermance hereunder shall commence on 9/17/87 and shall continue through 3/16/92, unless sooner terminated or extended."

4. Under Statement of Work, Item No. 7. , SPACE REQUIREMENTS. subparagraph no. d. is added to read as follows:

"J. At such time as the paper records from 1981 forward are replaced with microfiche, cooperative agreement space costs will be adjusted to reflect (1) the decreased shelf space required to maintain the LPOR collection and (2) any increased equipment space required for additionu.
