Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective uaminotion of
procedures and representat1ve records, interviews with personnel, and

Based on the results of this inspection, certain of your activities appeared to

The violation involved the failure to use

the correct procedure during perfonnance of surveillance testing.
However, in
