STEAM GENERATOR PRIMARY TO SECONDARY SYSTEM LEAKAGE i

The licensee comenced a plant shutdown at 9:30 a.m. on December 7,1978 to effect repairs to 'one of four of the plant's steam generators (No. 32). A primary to secondary system leak of 0.10 gallons per minute (gpm) was indicated on December 6, 1978. The plant shutdown commenced when the  ;

calculated leakage increased to 0.24 gpm (T gpm). No i Tease  :

NRC, Region I, (Philadelphia) received notification of this occu'rrence by telephone from the NRC Resident Reactor Inspector at 10:30 a.m.
