In compliance with Section 6.9, Reporting Requirements for the Hope Creek Technical Specifications, the operating statistics for August 1997 are being forwarded to you with the surmary of unanges, tests, and experiments that were implemented during July 1997 pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50.59(b).
Refueling information for Hope Creek Generating Station is also provided.
There is one Technical Specification change required related to refueling (LCR H97-05).
There are also Technical Specification changes that are required to resolve licensing basis issues prior to the end of Hope Creek Generating Station's next refueling outage, which is currently scheduled to end on November 5, 1997 Sincerely, "l
