Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-210 Inspection Repori 50-219/97-10 By letter dated February 8,1998, the USNRC, Region I, docketed Inspection Report No.
50-219/97-10. Appendix A to that report contained three Notices of Violation. A required reply was due by March 10,1998.
Due to an ongoing USNRC Engineering Inspection, and the fact that GPU Nuclear, Inc. is contesting one of the violations, the reply could not be finalized by the required date. On March 10,1998, GPUN requested an extension of the reply date to March 31,1998. This request was granted per telecon by the Region I staff.
