PADUCAH CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST - AUTOCLAVE MANUAL ISOLATION SYSTEM (TAC NO. L32003)
Dear Mr. Miller:
In accordance with your application dated October 31,1996, as revised February 14, and June 16,1997, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliant:e GDP-1 is hereby amended to incorporate a Technical Safety Requirement 2.4.4.13 on :Se autoclave manual isolation system and to incorporate the associated pages into the Safety Analysis Report. Accordingly, Condition 8 has been revised to include the date of October 31,1996, and February 14,1997, and Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of June 16, 1997. This amendment becomes effective 60 days from the date of issuance.
All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same, f
