SUBJECT:
AFF REQUIREMENTS: SECY-98-062 - PROPOSED SECTION 123 AGREEMENT FOR PEACEFUL NUCLEAR COOPERATION WITH UKRAINE The Commission approved the proposed letter to the President informing him of Commissbn concurrence in the proposed te/t of the section 123 Agreement for Peaceful Nuclear Cooperation with Ukraine and supporting draft documents and recommending that execution of the agreement be authorized.
(Subsequently, the Chairman signed the letter on April 20,1998).
