CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST PORTSMOUTH GASEOUS DIFFUSION PLANT BUILDING X 705 AIR GAP DESIGN FEATURE SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENT WORD CHANGE (TAC NO. L32029)
Dear Mr. Miller:
In accordance with your application dated April 28,1997, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP 2 is hereby amended by replacing the word " pressure" with "prosence" in Surveillance Requirement 2.6.4.2.1 of Technical Safety Requirement 2.6.4.2 entitled " Air Gaps." Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of April 28,1997.
All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.
