Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. D. E. Norman, G. A. Pick,
A. R.-Johnson, and R. E. Ireland of this office during the period August 18-21,
1986, and September 8-11, 1986, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
License DPR-34 for Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station.
Areas examined during the inspection included equipment qualification outage
progress. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with-
personnel, and observations by the NRC inspectors.
The inspection findings are
documented in the enclosed-inspection report.
Within_the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
