Minutes of Meeting with Performance Contracting, Inc. concerning 10 CFR Part 21.
Gentlemen:
Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) would like to make the fol-lowing corrections to the minutes sent to us on September 24, 1986 concerning the above.
In the third paragraph, substitute the work " observation" for the word " allegation" in the first line; delete the word
" adequate" in the second line; and add the following after the word " fabrication" in the third line, "which were as stringent as those on other projects PCI was familiar with".
- Also, please subsitute the following in lieu of the wording after the word " Project" in the fourth line, "did not consider the ther-mal insulation inside containment as a basic component and had not invoked 10 CFR Part 21 in the procurment documents.
As a further explanation, PCI would like it clearly understood that it has made no allegation's of improper or inadequate ac-tions of HL&P or the South Texas Project, but simply stated the facts as we understand them.
It is our understanding that the actions of the South Texas Project are clearly within the rules and regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
