DETAILED CONTROL ROOM DESIGN REVIEW - SAFETY EVALUATION Re:
Cooper Nuclear Station Enclosed is the staff's Detailed Control Room Design Review (DCRDR) Safety Evaluation (SE), resulting from review of your February 27, 1986 Supplemental Sumary Report and from the May 13-16, 1986 preimplementation audit. A copy of the Technical Evaluation Report prepared by the staff's technical assistance contractor, the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, is attached to the SE.
The SE concludes that the DCRDR is incomplete and identifies the activities required for completion. You are requested to submit an additional Supplemental Summary Report by January 31, 1987, as described in the SE.
