Docket 50-305 Operating License DPR-43 Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant Revisions to Industrial Security Manual and Training and Qualifications Manual Attached please find six (6) copies of revision 9 to the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant (KNPP) Industrial Security Manual (ISM) and revision 6 to the Security Force Training and Qualifications Manual (T&QM). The ISM has been revised to reflect our current security organization. The T&QM has been changed to allow flexibility in the weapons employed at the Kewaunee Plant.
A narrative description of the revisions has been included as Attachment A to this letter to aid in your review. The.affected ISM pages and T&QM page have been included as Attachments B and C, respectively. All changes have been high-lighted with revision bars.
WPSC has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effec-tiveness of the security program and are therefore submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
