EDWIN I. HATCH EXAMINATION REPORT 321/0L-86-02 The NRC administered examinations on September 3-5, 1986, to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of written examination, a copy of the exam was left with your staff; at the conclusion of the site visit, preliminary findings on the operating examinations were. discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report,' Enclosure 1.
Copies of the written examination questions and answer key are included in this report as Enclosure 2. Facility comments regarding the written examination are included in this reports as Enclosure 3.
Also, during this site visit, the utility's corrective action for Inspector Followup-Item (IFI) 50-321/0L-61-01 was inspected. The corrective action (performing SPDS training) was determined to be adequate and the item is considered to be closed (Enclosure 4).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room.
