Abercrombie of your staff and Mr. K. P. Barr on October 23, 1986, concerning a management meeting to be conducted at the Sequoyah site on October 29, 1986, at 9:00 a.m.
We requested this meeting to discuss:
tracking and trending of out of-tolerance conditions associated with Technical Specification and compliance instruments; the escala-tion and resolution of QA audit findings; the numerous inadvertent starts of the emergency diesel generators; and restart plans.
Enclosed is a proposed meeting agenda.
