PNONE CALL FR(Bt PG6E (DIABLO CANYON) REGARDING EARTHQLRKE DESIGN SPECTRIDI - DOCKET NO. 50-275 On April 25, 1967, J. Schuyler of PG&E called to inform me that, as a result of our discussions concerning the earthquake response spectrum at the April 20, 1967 meeting, their consultant, Dr. Blume~, is per--
forming a series of computer calculations to establish a new design spectrum. They believe the new spectrum will be more in line with that suggested by Drs. Newmark and Hall. The new spectrum should be completed in about a week.
I informed Mr. Schuyler that we would not take a position concerning this subject in any question lists which are now in preparation.
