Pursuant t6 Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specification 4.17.6(a) Duke Power Company (Duke) is providing the following information concerning the Oconee Unit 3 steam generators. The steam generator plugging for the current Unit 3 refueling outage was completed on August 10, 1986. The "A" OTSG was not inspected. The "B" OTSG had a total of seven (7) tubes removed from service by plugging.
