Termination of Confirmatory Action Letter Dated September 24, 1986 Pursuant to a conversation between R. Burricelli, of your staff and W. Kane of this office on October 17, 1986, this letter releases you from the provisions of my September 24, 1986 letter as subsequently revised.
As specified in your letter dated October 15, 1986, you have committed to various actions pertaining to Bailey Solid State Logic Module (SSLM) testing and performance trending.
Further, we understand that your commitment per-taining to the actions to be taken based on the failure rate of Bailey SSLMs, has been subsequently clarified to include failures of any function that the module is designed to perform.
Based on the referenced commitments, CAL No. 86-12 is hereby terminated and you may continue normal operational testing as previously scheduled.
