SUMMARY
REPORT l
As discussed in the NRC-Lawrence Livermore-Virginia Power conference call on November 21, 1986, a revised Table FSR-1 of Attachment I to the North Anna Final Summary Report is provided. This revision incorporates the required changes identified and discussed in the conference call.
The HEDs Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory identified.on the bottom of Page 8 and the top of Page 9 (Section 2.6.2) of the draft Technical Evaluation Report (TER) which were '_' safety significant" have been incorporated into the appropriate Corrective Actions in the revised Table FSR-1 of Attachment 1.
Hcwever, as discussed during the conference call, not all the HED's identified in Section 2.6.2 were " safety significant" and therefore,_were not included in-the Table FSR-1 listings. These HEDs are listed below with a brief description of their disposition.
Only those corrective actions which have been revised are included in Attachment 1.
HED 10AO-1401 Referred to plant process computer upgrade project which is not " safety significant" and therefore is not identified in FSR-1.
Shift supervisor console has already been corrected by NUREG-0696 project.
HED 10A0-2233 Not " safety significant.'_'
HED 10A0-2904 Discrepancy resolved, no further action required.
HED 10AO-2915 Not " safety significant."
HED 10A0-3021 Discrepancy resolved, no further action required.
HED 10A0-3050 Not " safety'significant."

Please note that HED 10AO-2010 was incorrectly dispositioned in the Final Summary Report as being complete as identified by Lawrence Livermore la the draft TER at the top of page 7 (Section 2.5.2).
This HED has been incitded in the revised Table FSR-1 under Corrective Action CA41E for disposition.
In the process of reviewing Table FSR-1 of Attachment 1, we also discovered a mistake in the description of the proposed corrective action for Corrective Action CA54E. The corrective action improperly identified the safety valves as Main Steam. This has been corrected in the revised Table FSR-1.
