Provide the bases for the transuranic source term (2 x 10 Ci/yr)given in Table 3.
2.
Specify where inleakage from rain and groundwater will collect during
" post-defueling monitored storage."
3.
Specify the groundwater elevation at the TMI site and provide the ba::s for this value.
4.
It appears that the TMI site is within the 500 year flood plain. Please estimate the impact of a 500 year flood (with failure of the dike) so that the staff can determine if the proposed " post-defueling monitored storage" is a " critical action" under the " Flood Plain Management.
Guidelines for Implementing Executive Order 11988" (43 FR 6030)_10 Feb 1973.. Include the minimum elevation of door dams if they will be in place and the minimum elevation of door sills if dams are not planned.
