SUBJECT:
Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's " Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend the Fort Calhoun Station Technical Specifications, Section 3.0.
The changes requested are administrative clarifications pertaining to the applicability of surveillance requirements.
OPPD respectfully request 30 days from the date of issuance of the order to implement the revised specifications.
Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes to pages of the Technical Specifications. Attachment 8 provides a discussion and justification for the changes and a "No Significant Hazards Consideration Analysis."
Also attached pursuant to 10 CFR 9170.21 is a check for the application fee of
$150.00.
