Three Mile Island, Unit 2 a copy of NCRP Commentary No. 4, Guidelines for the Release of Waste Water from Nuclear Facilities with Special Reference to the Public Health Significance of the Proposed Release of Treated Waste Waters at Three Mile Island. In preparing the Commentary for printing, a number of typographical errors and needed modifications were identified. Changes have been made to rectify these and to make these changes available, I am pleased to enclose a corrected copy of the Commentary.
