ITEM 3.2.2 0F GENERIC LETTER 83-28, POST-MAINTENANCE TESTING By letter dated November 10,_1983 you indicated that you would develop a vendor interface program to ensure that any appropriate test guidance is included in your test and maintenance procedures or Technical Specifications where required. During a site visit April 14, 1987, Mr. P. Sears inspected your procedure 0-06-7, Control Vendor Instructions / Manuals.

In that procedure it was found that you have implemented an appropriate vendor-interface program that does ensure that appropriate test guidance is included in your test and maintenance procedures or Technical Specifications.

We conclude that you have complied with NRC staff position concerning Item 3.2.2 of Generic Letter 83-28.
