The once-through cooling feasibility study included as part of item 2 of Attachment B is stamped " Draft" since it is being formally reviewed by 0 PPD in accordance with our procedures.
It should be noted that three (3) pages of information in this study are considered proprietary by Combustion Engineering.
Since the CE information was purchased by OPPD under a proprietary information agreement, the Application for Withholding Information from Public Disclosure is being submitted by 0 PPD.
