D. L. DuBois,'and W. R. Bennett of this office during the period April 1-30,

1987, of activities authorized by NRC Operating License DPR-34 for

. Fort St. 'Vrain Nuclear Generating Station, and to the discussion of our

findings with you and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the

~ inspection.

. Areas examined during the inspection included operational safety verification,-

previously identified inspection: findings, surveillance, maintenance, ESF

'

walkdown, and security. ' Within these' areas, the inspection consisted of

selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with

personnel, and observations by the'NRC inspector. The inspection findings are

' documented in the enclosed inspection report.

' Within the. scope of the ' inspection, no violations.or deviations were '

--identified.
