3 87-020-00 JB FCV Reactor trip on D S/G low level caused by low feed header pressure due to a-turbine driven feed pump.
oscillations and the in-ability of the master speed controller to raise the speed in manual. The D feedwater regulating control valve failed to open to compensate for low feed header pressure due to a control air leak.
The air leak was repaired.
