Docket 50-305 Operating License DPR-43 Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant Plant Industrial Security Manual Appendix B In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), enclosed you will find the original and three (3) copies of Appendix B to the Plant Industrial Security Manual. Appendix B describes the temporary security measures employed during the construction of a new Administration and Training Facility (ATF). to this letter describes the changes contained in Appendix B.
WPSC expects that Appendix B will be effective until the end of 1987 or early 1988 when construction will be nearing completion.
WPSC has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effec-tiveness of the Industrial Security Plan and are therefore submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(P).
The attachments to this letter contain Security Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and therefore shall not be placed in the public document rooms.
