This. refers to the routine inspection Londucted by Messrs. J. Melfi and
Ci Clark of this office on April 20 through May 1, 1987 of activities
authorized by NRC License No. NPF-1, and to the discussion of cur findings
held with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspeci.lon.
. Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with

personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified.within the scope of this
inspection.
