. Areas' examined during the inspection included your program for inspection and

rework of electrical splices using Raychem heat shrinkable. tubing. The'

. inspection included your action relative to IE Information Notice 86-53

L(improper installation of heat shrinkable tubing)','previously. identified NRC 1

findings, and your 10 CFR 50.55(e)' identified by Incident Review Committee (IRC) j

number 364. ,

Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of I

procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and

-observations by'the NRC inspector. The inspection findings are documented in-

.the-enclosed-inspection report. 3

Within the scope of the inspection,.no violations or deviations were

' identified.

Two unresolved items are identified in paragraphs 2.a.(3)(a) and 2.a(3)(b) of

'the enclosed report. You should review these: items so that followup NRC review i
