Dear Dr. Mallett:
This letter responds to your letter of May 5, 1986, regarding Medtronic's change in mailing address.
Please be aware that the correct address is now:
Medtronic, Inc.
7000 Central Avenue N.E.
Minneapolis, 11N 55432 The change resulted because Medtronic's Corporate Headquarters was moved from the previous St. Anthony Facility at 3055 Old Highway 8 to our Rice Creek Facility at the address above.
I apologize for not having informed NRC earlier.
This delay was unintentional.
Application for renewal of the referenced license was sub-mitted June 26, 1985 and is currently under review.
Section 2 of that application stated that the St. Anthony Facility was not being used for analysis or storage of nuclear sources or nuclear powered pacemakers.
Thus the change affects the app 71 cation only with regard to our new Corporate address.
