Inservice Inspection Program Gentlemen:

Facility Operating License NPF-56, Item 2.C.3, requires that New Hampshire Yankee (NHY) submit the Seabrook Station Inservice Inspection Program for NRC staff review and approval no later than April 17, 1987.

In accordance with this requirement, enclosed please find Revision 0 of the Seabrook Station Inservice Inspection Program for your review and approval.

This submittal satisfies license condition 2.C.3.

NHY therefore requests that this issue be removed as a license condition with the issuance of the low power license and that this issue be closed out in the next supplement to the Seabrook Station SER.
