Additional Assistance and Notification 1.0 PURPOSE To provide the Emergency Director with a directory of additional emergency response ptrsonnel, organizations and agencies by organizational duties, responsibilities and disciplines.

2.0 ' APPLICABILITY / SCOPE This procedure applies to all TMI Emergency Response personnel of the On-shift, Initial Response, and Emergency Support Organizations responsible for Emergency Off-site notifications and call-outs.

5.3.4 If problems are encountered with emergency telephones, direct the ECC Communications Coordinator to report the problem as outlined in Enclosure 5, Telephone and Pager Trouble Reporting f
