{ ) Additional Assistance and Notification 1.0 PURPOSE To provide the Emergency Director with a directory of additional emergency response ptrsonnel, organizations and agencies by organizational duties, responsibilities and disciplines.  ;

2.0 ' APPLICABILITY / SCOPE This procedure applies to all TMI Emergency Response personnel of the On-shift, Initial Response, and Emergency Support Organizations responsible for Emergency Off-site notifications and call-outs.

Determine the discipline, personnel, or equipment needed for the l class of emergency declared.

5.3.2 Refer to Enclosure 1, 2, or 3 to find the appropriate disci-pline, choose the personnel, organization or agency wanted and telephone number of that organization.

5.3.3 Emergency telephone numbers for the NRC are listed in Enclosure 4.

5.3.4 If problems are encountered with emergency telephones, direct the ECC Communications Coordinator to report the problem as outlined in Enclosure 5, Telephone and Pager Trouble Reporting f Procedure. l V f l

5.2.8 The Shift Supervisor / Shift Foreman / Emergency Director shall perform the following steps in the event an injured and con-taminated or potentially contaminated person (s) is to be fq transported to HMC or Harrisburg Hospital.
