EXAMINATION REPORT On the weeks of May 4 and 11, 1987, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your Byron
. Nuclear Station.
At the conclusion of the examination, any generic findings
.that evolved as a result of the examinations were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
'As stated.in Section 2 of this report, a generic weakness and general concern were noted during the administration of the operating exam.
Please submit a response addressing these issues to the Region III office.
The response should

contain, as a minimum, your corrective action plan to address.the identified weakness and concern along with a date in which you will implement your
. proposed corrective action.
In accordance with 10.CFR 2.790 of the Commissions regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosure (s) will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
