I . SCOPE :
This instruction details the method to certify that each reactor licensee or trainee has reviewed changes in the facility license, design, and procedures I 1. DISCUSSION:
To comply with the requirements of the NRL Requalification Program for Reactor Operators and Senior Operators, a re-cord of license, design, and procedure reviews shal l be maintaine.d.

None.
f V. PROCEDURES:
1 A. Each licensee or trainee, after reviewing a new proce-dure, a revision to an existing procedure, or a change in R-75, s ha l l i rM t i a l and dete the attached routing s l i p. (Attachment A)
- 8. The licensee may then insert the new document into his or her Procedures Manual and discard the obsolete proce-dure.
C. The routing r.l i p (Attachment A) as returned to the Manager of Reactor Operations who cha l l enter it into the Master Copy Procedures Manual to document review.
