Generic Letter 83-28, Items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 4.1 and 4.5.1 for Sequoyah We have completed our review of your response to Generic Letter (GLI 83-28 dated November 7, 1983. Your response was evaluated for compliance with the staff's positior.s delineated in Generic Letter 83-28 for Action Items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 4.1, and 4.5.1.
Your responses to items 3.1.1,3.11 4.1, and 4.5.1 were found to be adequate and meet the intent of GL 83-28; however, your responses to items 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 were determined to be incompleta. Descriptions of the deficiencies are discussed in greater de-tail in Section III of the enclosed Safety Evaluation and in the enclosed request for additional information.
In order to maintain our present review schedule, we request that you respond to the enclosed request for aJditional information within 30 days or provide a date that you can meet within 15 days of receipt of this letter.
