Fermi 2 Compliance with the Provisions of 10CFR50.49 It is required by Reference 1, License Condition 2.C(6) and Reference 2, Supplement 5, Section 3.11.6 that Detroit Edison shall environmentally qualify all electrical equipment according to the provisions of 10CFR50.49 by November 30, 1985.
Detroit Edison previously provided a series of letters documenting our compliance to 10CFR50.49.
References 3 and 4 provided the details of the Fermi 2 Equipment Qualification Program as compared to the requirements of 10CFR50.49.
The NRC review and acceptance of Fermi 2's compliance to 10CFR50.49 was documented in Reference 2, Supplement 5, Section 3.11.
