Appendix NOTICE OF VIOLATION l
Kerr McGee Nuclear Corporation Docket No. 70-1193 As a result of the inspection conducted on January 17-21, 1983, and in accordance with the NRC Enforcement Policy, 47 FR 9987 (March 9, 1982),
the fcllowing violation was identified:
Kerr McGee bicense No. SNM-1174, Amendment No. MPP-3, Section 9.1 states:
"The licensee shall follow the security plan entitled, " Standby Physical Security Plan - Cimmarron (sic) Plutonium Plant," dated August 7, 1976 as amended by the commitments in licensee's letter of November 11, 1976, and replacement pages to Section 9 and Procedure KM-NC-11-1, Revision 2, sub-mitted with licensee's letter of May 20, 1977 and as further amended by commitments contained in Section 9.0 of the enclosure to the licensee's letter of November 29, 1978."
