EXAMINATION REPORT, Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station (W3SES)
On August 19-22,1986 NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses and license upgrades to operate your W3SES facility. At the conclusion of the examinations, the examination keys were provided to facility staff personnel and generic observations were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Examinations were administered to 5 Reactor Operator and 13 Senior Operator-i candidates. One Senior Operator candidate failed the operating examination.
All other candidates passed all parts of the examination.
